Experienced and Reported 2-6-1999

This astral OBE takes place in my home. In the astral I am in my living room when the deceased mother of a good friend pays me a visit. Because this is happening in an astral realm recreation of familiar surroundings, I accept the visitation as normal. The elderly woman, whom I knew as a child, came to tell me about the future death of her child - a friend and legal advisor whom I'll call Mrs. C. I might have met the mother ten times when I was a child, but had no personal relationship with her. Mrs. C. and her mother were very close, as I recall. Mrs. C. was, at this time, in her seventies but was not in known imminent danger of dying. I was aware she was experiencing some health problems, but as far as I knew it was a long term health problem.

The deceased mother sat down on my couch, and told me stories about her own youth and her relationship with her daughter. For some reason this woman needed to tell me that she used to have long glamorous hair, even though I had only known her as having short cropped hair. After this family background info, she moved on to show and tell me about the future death of her daughter - Mrs. C. We were then both astrally transported to a restaurant.

As an observer, I watched as Mrs. C. ordered food and talked to someone about the work her sons were doing in the entertainment industry. She was very proud of them, as a mother would be. According to her, they were both away doing a film, but she was already talking about going to the premiere. Without warning, she keeled over dead and couldn't be revived. My friend's deceased mother was standing next to me and told me she didn't want her daughter to die alone, but that it was her time.

As I write this, I'm debating on whether to tell Mrs. C. about any of this. Her thinking has never allowed for a wider and deeper view of psi experiences, which makes things harder.
